I also offer an unique tour featuring "Fukagawa area" where you can Japanese tradition and history in a day.

I'm Katsu Takahashi , a National Tourist Guide licensed by the Japanese government,  the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

As I have been living in Tokyo for more than 40 years, I will guide to you unique and interesting places familiar only to locals as well as popular sightseeing spots from the viewpoint of Tokyoites.

In my free time,  I promote Internship system in Japan in an volunteer association, where we help students from other countries to come and have opportunities for interns here in Japan.

I would like many foreign people to know more on Japan and things Japanese. That is one of the reasons why I became a private tourist guide.

Fukagawa tour

If you are interested in traditional aspects of Japan, what do you say to visiting Fuakgawa area?

Fukagawa is located quite near the center of Tokyo and it takes about 20 minutes from Ginza or Nihonbashi. It prospered during the Edo period and still has some places to remind you of the era.

This tour features four spots where the guests can enjoy and learn traditional Japan.
